This is the fourth and final step of this method. Also this part is based on the principles: safe, healthy and
natural. To achieve good health, sufficient exercise and healthy eating should be the order of the day. But good health does not always come without a price. We have to want to make an effort for a healthy lifestyle and be prepared to change our daily habits. The most important aspects that influence our health are of
course in our own hands and include such things as a good diet,
exercise, relaxation and sensible use of alcohol...as well as
tobacco!
